St Andrews Chamber AGM

The St Andrews Chamber AGM will take place on Tuesday November 3, 2026 from 5:30pm – 7:30pm at Sunbury Shores Arts & Nature Centre (139 Water Street)

The schedule for the evening will be:

• Arrival and registration
• BIA AGM
• St Andrews Chamber AGM
• Mix and mingle networking

The Agenda for the St Andrews Chamber AGM will include:

• An overview of the Chamber’s activities during the 2025/26 financial year and key initiatives planned for 2026/27.
• The review and approval of the 2025/2026 year-end financials.
• The confirmation of board members.

Attending the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important opportunity for Chamber Members to have their voice heard and play an active role in shaping the future of the organization. It’s also a chance to connect with fellow members, celebrate local business success, and help elect the Board of Directors who will represent the interests of the local business community.

Voting by Proxy

According to the St Andrews Chamber By-law 05-8:

A member may, by means of a written proxy, appoint a proxy holder to attend and act at a specific meeting of members, in the manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy. A proxy holder must be a member of the St Andrews Chamber of Commerce.
