We are Charlotte County’s leading provider of concrete & ICF foundations. We do house & building foundations, slabs, finished floors and much more! Orr Foundations Inc. is owned and operated by new owners, Richard & Lori Brown, and are pleased to have the previous owner, Bob Orr, still playing an active role in the business for years to come. Many may not know this, but when pursuing this new venture, keeping the “Orr” name was important to us. No.1 because it’s already an established business in the community and no.2 Lori is originally from Oak Bay, where Orr Foundations Inc. is located, and Bob Orr is her uncle and wanted the family name to continue as is.
